The Teen Fit program is designed for Teenagers 13-17yrs of age with a desire to learn how to properly train for whatever their fitness, health or athletic goals may be. They are provided with every opportunity to be pushed to their individual potential as well as educated in all aspects of athletic training. From technique to recovery methods, all participants are taught from the ground up with detailed instruction.
We won’t skip the fun though! In this environment we believe in team and challenging each other so there will most certainly be competitive games spread through out the program! Bring the heat, let's get TEEN FIT!
Teen Fit runs Mondays and Wednesdays of every week from 4:15pm to 5:15pm. The program is $70 plus tax/month and is a 4 month minimum commitment. It includes the 2 specialized classes per week as well as a membership to the gym. Parental or guardian consent must be attained, and teens are advised that indoor shoes must be worn in the gym at all times.
