Tabatta training by general definition, is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 4 minutes. We will stack variations of exercises for you, with the goal of an absolutely lung and muscle smashing workout. You will come across exercises like push ups, lunges, burpees, deadlifts, squats, sprints, mountain climbers ... and all kinds of fun surprises. The whole point is to absolutely blast and fatigue as many muscle groups as possible and jack up your heart rate and metabolism in a short period. The benefits? Aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, full body strength, and a metabolism spike that eats at fat for hours after the work out's done. Following the Tabata component of the class is an awesome combination of core strengthening and stabilizing exercises guaranteed to help you to activate, stabilize and perform activity with the confidence that comes from a strong core. Our core sessions include abdominal, back, and pelvic strengthening and endurance.

This unique class incorporates the principles of kickboxing into a full-body, cardiovascular workout. This class will involve a unique warm-up tailored to the demands of a kickboxing workout, hands-on technical instruction in kickboxing basics as well as both partner and station based drills focusing on the skills discussed in each class. Classes will be an hour long and will leave you covered in sweat and eager to learn more! Experience is not a requirement, but enthusiasm is!
Every Minute On the Minute. It's a simple concept which allows our clients more choice in how they take on the challenge of getting fit. The EMOM class allows more options for the clients to select weights/exercises which best suit their fitness goals. The class works in a circuit style like our other classes, but the work period is 1 minute. Clients will be working with our educated instructors to help them select the weights that best suit their fitness needs. For some it will be light weights and lots of reps, for others it might be heavier weights and only a few reps over 60 seconds.
The Performance Centre has renamed its classes to better represent what we offer. Optimal Fit is more than a bootcamp, it's more than just interval training, it's a full body class which includes strength, endurance, and mobility in a fun and welcoming environment. Optimal Fit is still the same great instructors taking clients through awesome classes with a variety of styles. Each class will have dedicated time to focus on one movement without the pressure of a timer or moving onto the next movement. This full hour class allows our highly motivated and educated trainers to show their knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals.

High Intensity Interval Training is a great tool for helping just about everyone with their fitness goals. Our trainers will select a variety of strength and conditioning exercises to put into every circuit in order to deliver a High Intensity Interval session. Clients can expect to see an improvement in strength, endurance, balance, and mobility.
