CORE TRAINING

The ‘core’ is the most important and influential component to maximizing your strength, power and performance in any skilled athletic movement and reducing your susceptibility to injury. This session will take your core to the next level of stability and strength. These specialized sessions will give our athletes the ability to activate, stabilize and perform activity with the confidence that comes from a strong core. Our core sessions include abdominal, back, and pelvic strengthening and endurance. 

CROSS TRAINING XT1

This cross training class offers the opportunity to train specific muscle groups to ensure optimal strength and health goals are achieved. Through a circuit of resistance and strength training exercises, an increased heart rate is also maintained to maximizes the opportunity for cardiovascular health as well as an increased muscular metabolism for increased strength gains and weight loss.
XT1: Although this class conditions the entire body, it's focus is on strengthening and maximizing muscular performance of Chest, Shoulders and Arms.
(Combine with XT2 or XT3 and another Optimal Class for your Optimal weekly workout program.)

CROSS TRAINING XT2

This cross training class offers the opportunity to train specific muscle groups to ensure optimal strength and health goals are achieved. Through a circuit of resistance and strength training exercises, an increased heart rate is also maintained to maximizes the opportunity for cardiovascular health as well as an increased muscular metabolism for increased strength gains and weight loss.
XT2: Although this class conditions the entire body, it's focus is on strengthening and maximizing performance of Legs, Back and Core.

CROSS TRAINING XT3

This cross training class targets strength building and muscular endurance through a circuit of resistance and strength training exercises. An increased heart rate is also maintained to maximizes the opportunity for cardiovascular health as well as an increased muscular metabolism for increased strength gains and weight loss.
XT3: This total body boot-camp style class conditions the entire body.

OPEN GYM - STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

We provide the daily training program, expertise and supervision (beginner, intermediate, advanced) - you workout at your own pace at your own time!
A uniquely designed daily functional training session that will encompass all your fitness and conditioning goals and more. These sessions are individually controlled and performed by you, but designed daily by our Strength and Conditioning Specialists to maximize your work-out potential. Our staff will always be on the floor to supervise and help with any questions or concerns during your sessions. These sessions are graded and designed in levels of strength and conditioning to allow anyone of any level to perform with confidence and reach their specific individual goals.

POWER FORTY-FIVE

This offer our athletes of all levels an opportunity to train specific muscle groups, while maintaining an increased heart rate to maximize cardiovascular health as well as increasing muscular metabolism for weight loss and strength gains. This power packed 45 minute session will achieve your health and fitness goals over a lunch break.

WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training is important for losing weight, raising metabolism, strengthening bones and muscles and improving fitness.
In a supportive environment, our skilled weight training coaches will guide, encourage and ensure proper lifting technique to maximize muscle strength and endurance without the fear of humiliation or injury.

Programming and instruction made for participant’s ability, not leaving anyone behind. Small groups (6 ppl) will give the attention needed to challenge athletes to strive for more, but also give them the technique training to be truly great and safe.
