Strength Training Coach
Growing up in Kelowna, British Columbia, Greg took part in volleyball, basketball, baseball and soccer. In 2009, he moved to Nanaimo to pursue his dream of becoming a strength and conditioning professional and to continue his volleyball career at Vancouver Island University. He played four years as a Mariner fighting through injuries and a motorcycle accident. These setbacks were always overcome with help from Dr. Avender and his own hard work and dedication to his sport, on the court and in the gym.
Greg is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
