Taylor is a graduate of the 3000 hour Registered Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage therapy in Victoria, British Columbia. She is also an active registrant with the College of Massage Therapists of BC as well as a member of the Massage Therapists Association of BC.

Her passion for healthy living and complete patient care is matched through her assessment, treatment and home care prescription. Whether it is a sport, industrial or recreational specific injury, stress of the job, pregnancy or just everyday wear and tear she can help by providing a treatment plan specifically for you to achieve your health goals and to aid in not only recovery of injuries but also the prevention.

In her practice, Taylor utilizes a combination of techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, deep tissue as well as relaxation techniques. She has a peak interest and not limited to the treatment of headaches, tmj dyfunction, postural imbalances, neck and back pain and athletic injuries. Taylor is excited to work alongside her patients to help them achieve and maintain a pain free lifestyle.

When not in the clinic, you’ll find Taylor hiking and climbing with her family. Furthermore, Taylor provides support to women and their families during pregnancy, labour and childbirth as well as the postpartum stage as a Doula.

Athletic History


She studied ballet for 14 years. Later, she developed a love for mountaineering and rock climbing for the last 10 years. For the last 5 years, she has been slack lining.
