Sarah has completed her B.A. Degree in Sport, Health, & Physical Education and has her diploma from West Coast College of Massage Therapy. Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of B.C.
Sarah’s treatments aim to focus on decreasing tension in the body’s tissues by calming the nervous system and modulating pain. Sarah incorporates a variety of techniques, of which include: myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, isolytic release, and swedish massage. Her passion for the therapeutic process of orthopaedic assessment, treatment, and homecare drives the intent for each patients appointment. Sarah recommends homecare stretching, exercises, or lifestyle changes post treatment that may enhance your healing process to influence pain or dysfunction.
Sarah aims to work with your goals to help you recover, increase functionality, and thrive post injury.
Outside of the clinic Sarah can be found outdoors, at hot yoga, or listening to hours of nutrition podcasts and research.
